Brandskin SRL ("Brandskin", "we", "our", "us") is a branding and communication agency registered in Romania (CIF RO53061360). We operate globally and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws worldwide, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other regional data protection frameworks.

As a global agency, your data may be processed in countries outside your own jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or we rely on adequacy decisions where applicable.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Brandskin website and the engagement of our services. Brandskin is a global branding and communication agency operated by Brandskin SRL, registered in Romania (CIF RO53061360). Our services are delivered internationally.
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and our services.
Brandskin provides branding, communication strategy, creative design, digital marketing, content production, video production, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work signed by both parties.
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Brandskin SRL and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Upon full payment, clients receive agreed usage rights as specified in their contract.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared during the course of a project engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
All prices are provided through personalised proposals. Engagements become binding only upon execution of a signed contract or written confirmation from both parties. Brandskin reserves the right to adjust pricing for ongoing services with reasonable notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brandskin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific project.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. For international clients, we are open to agreeing on an alternative governing law or jurisdiction as part of the project contract. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Brandskin reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on our website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
